As night falls, the entire Chiemsee resort is illuminated by numerous lanterns, torches, and candles. The highlight is the glow of the giant hot air balloon – with a bit of luck, you can even win a voucher for a balloon ride.

In August the time has come: The "Festival of Lights with the big night flea market" on the Seebruck Chiemseebad grounds will take place again.
From the afternoon onwards, there are plenty of things to discover at the flea market stalls. A large bouncy castle and more await younger guests. Food and drinks are also well catered for. The live band "Orange Club" ensures a great atmosphere on the dance floor or at one of the bars. As night falls, the entire Chiemsee resort is aglow with the glow of many lanterns, torches, lights, and candles. The highlight is the glow of the giant hot air balloon – with a bit of luck, you can even win a voucher for a balloon ride.

Costs: up to 3 meters 15 €, each additional meter 5 €, car 3 €, trailer 3 €

You have to provide your own lighting, e.g., lanterns, camping lamps

Parking for visitors:
Due to safety regulations, the parking lot at the harbor area and Chiemseepark in front of Lake Chiemsee must be closed from 7 a.m. onwards. Please respect this.
Parking is available at the following locations:
• Burgham junction (Wasserburger Straße/St2094, exit towards Seeon)
• Parking and alternative parking spaces at Am Anger/Am Seefeld
• Graben car park (exit towards Chieming)
• Haushoferstraße (raft launching point)
• Traunsteiner Straße (opposite the steamer pier)
